1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter: "Terms") apply to the use of the VEMIAX vehicle wash management platform (hereinafter: "Service"). The operator of the Service provides the platform through which wash networks, partner companies, and drivers can manage their vehicle wash activities.

2. Service Description

VEMIAX provides the following functions:

• Vehicle wash network management and administration
• Registration of partner companies and drivers
• Recording and tracking of washes
• Automatic invoicing and billing
• Booking system
• Reports and statistics
• Email notifications

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Registration Requirements

Registration is required to use the Service. During registration, you are obligated to:

• Provide real and accurate data
• Keep your data up to date
• Ensure the security of your account
• Keep your login credentials confidential

3.2 Account Types

• Network Admin: Wash network owners/administrators
• Partner Admin: Representatives of partner companies
• Operator: Wash location staff
• Driver: Individuals using vehicles

4. Trial Period and Subscription

4.1 Free Trial Period

New Network Admin registrations receive a 30-day free trial period. All Service features are available without restrictions during the trial period.

4.2 Subscription Fees

After the trial period, use of the Service requires a subscription fee. Current pricing is available on the website. Fees include:

• Monthly base fee (per location)
• Per-wash fee (optional, depending on network)

4.3 Billing

Billing is monthly, in advance. Invoices are issued and sent in electronic form.

5. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Not use the Service for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Not upload harmful software or code
• Not disrupt other users' activities
• Comply with applicable laws
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons

6. Intellectual Property

The VEMIAX platform, including its design, logo, software, and content, is protected by copyright. Users are not authorized to:

• Copy or reproduce the platform
• Reverse engineer the source code
• Use trademarks without authorization
• Reuse content for commercial purposes

7. Data Protection

Detailed information about the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for the accuracy of data they provide. The Provider assumes no liability for damages resulting from incorrect data entry.

8.3 Exclusion of Liability

The Provider assumes no liability for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or revenue
• Data loss (except in case of negligence)
• Actions of third parties

9. Service Modification and Termination

9.1 Service Modification

We reserve the right to modify Service features. We will notify users in advance of significant changes.

9.2 Account Termination

Users may request deletion of their account at any time at info@vemiax.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

9.3 Termination by Provider

The Provider is entitled to suspend or delete a user account in the following cases:

• In case of Terms violation
• In case of suspected illegal activity
• In case of long-term inactivity (12 months)
• In case of payment delay (after 60 days)

10. Dispute Resolution

We primarily seek to resolve disputes related to the Terms through negotiation. If this is unsuccessful, Hungarian courts have jurisdiction over disputed matters.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. By using the Service, you accept Hungarian jurisdiction.

12. Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. We will notify users of amendments on the website and by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
